Privacy policy

How we collect, use, protect, and delete personal information.

What we collect

We collect names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, verification status, service requests, files you choose to provide, consent records, bookings, payment status, and service history.

Returning-client verification

A returning client must receive and correctly enter a one-time code sent to a previously saved email address or verified phone number. We rate-limit attempts and store expiring session and verification records for security.

Messages, voice notes, and documents

A request may include contact information, written messages, voice notes, and documents you choose to upload. Do not provide passwords, one-time security codes, or full card information.

Payment information

Stripe processes card information. For a verified returning client, Stripe may offer an optional choice to save a payment method. We store only the Stripe customer reference, payment references, amounts, and status—not full card numbers or security codes.

How we use it

We use information only to review requests, deliver services, communicate, protect the platform, and meet record-keeping obligations.

Storage and retention

Private files are stored separately from the public site. Active service records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last activity; uploaded files are generally deleted within 12 months after service completion. Payment, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be kept longer when needed for reconciliation, security, disputes, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment reconciliation, or legal obligations.

Deletion and privacy questions

Use the public Contact page and choose a privacy or deletion topic. Include the email used for the request, but do not attach sensitive documents to a general contact message.
