48-hour booking rule
Appointments cannot be booked less than exactly 48 hours in advance. Same-day and next-day times are blocked.
Cancel 24+ hours ahead
Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment. Choose a full refund, or reschedule once to another valid open time at no charge.
Cancel within 24 hours
Cancel within 24 hours of the appointment and 50% of the paid amount is retained; 50% is refunded. For an authorization hold, the system captures 50% and releases the rest.
Late arrival and no-show
If you are 15 minutes or more late from the scheduled start time, the appointment is marked no-show, ends, and 100% of the paid amount is retained. No refund is issued.
Where and when these rules apply
These rules apply to all paid services, including the $150 weekend or emergency appointment. The recorded cancellation time is compared with the appointment time in Eastern Time. You may cancel through the website when available or message the service.
