How do fixed-price services work?+
Choose the service, send a short description of what you need, and see the price. Pay the full amount securely before choosing an available appointment time. No administrator approval is needed.
How do quoted services work?+
Send your request first. A person reviews what you need, confirms the price, then you pay and choose an available time.
Can I choose any appointment time?+
No. After payment is confirmed, you see only administrator-opened times that are still available and at least 48 hours away.
Does the service give legal or medical advice?+
No. We can help organize information and prepare questions for a qualified professional, but we do not provide professional advice.
Are prices shown on the site?+
Yes. Fixed-price services show their prices on the Services page. Quoted services receive a confirmed price after review.
What happens if I cancel late?+
If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, 50% is retained and 50% is refunded. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, it is a no-show and the full charge is kept.
